Reel to Reel from Radio Baghdad in Farsi, Mostly about the Shah’s Visit to Bulgaria

This is a reel-to-reel tape from Radio Baghdad. It is in Farsi (the language spoken in Iran) and is a political analysis done during the Shah’s regime during his trip with the Queen of Iran to Bulgaria. Most of the broadcast is reports on the Balkans, especially Bulgaria, the importance of peace between Bulgaria and Iran, the Shah’s comments on the relationship between these two countries, what the Shah and Queen did during their visit to Bulgaria; detail on ministers from the two countries and what they discussed about the issues of agriculture, sports, merchandise, business, and various political co-operations between Bulgaria and Iran. The broadcast also discusses issues of the Middle East, includes the Shah saying there is hope for peace in the Middle East, although Israel is to be blamed for the problems, and discussion of land for the Palestinians. Included as well is a review of the Shah’s views on various countries of the world and how to improve various situations.
