These are archival documents from the Baghdadi Jewish community. They include: correspondence between the Jewish Lay Council and the Iraqi Government Administrative Office for Iraqi Jews regarding the appointing of a new administrative committee for the Iraqi Jews; a list of committee members; a copy of a newspaper titled: الجمهورية, Al-Jumhūrīyya (The Republic) Issue #1074. An article concerning elections for the Administrative Committee for Iraqi Jews is circled on page 4. These documents reflect the Baghdadi Jewish community's name change to the Mosaic community.
