This is a short story titled “The Woman from Mexico.” It was originally written by Italian author Alberto Moravia in 1948 and is often published in a collection of short stories ("The Wayward Wife and Other Stories"). This edition was translated into Arabic by Charles Khoury. There is no year of publication.
